The word is defined as “Expressing frustration at the realization that things have turned out badly or not as planned, or that one has just said or done something foolish. Also (usu. Mildly derogatory): implying that another person has said or done something foolish.”

Even though she has found world-wide fame, Adele still suffers from stage fright and occasionally has panic attacks. In order to help combat her stage fright, the singer has created a persona for herself – Sasha Carter – a mix of Beyoncé’s Sasha fierce and country singer June Carter Brown!

It's hard to believe, but sugar was once considered a spice and not a sweetener! It was grouped with spices such as ginger, cinnamon, and saffron. And before it was used as a "spice" it was added to fruits and spices to make medicinal syrups, powders, and infusions!
