Some Japanese specialties are risky business! Fugu, or pufferfish, must be prepared by chefs who have trained for at least 3 years, as the animal contains high levels of the poison tetrodotoxin. In fact, it is so poisonous (200 times more deadly than cyanide, and with no known antidote) that it is the one dish the Emperor of Japan is forbidden from eating.

Research from Britain has shown that the most commonly lost items are keys, phones, pens and glasses. That’s hardly surprising. What comes as a bit of a shock, though, is that the average person loses a staggering 3,000 possessions over the course of their lifetime, including 64 umbrellas!

The beta versions of Pokémon Red and Blue featured a ton of differences. For instance, Machamp had a completely different name! His original name was “Ju-Doh.” Unusual.
