The Sullivan Island Light in Charleston, SC is the most powerful lighthouse in the Western Hemisphere. It originally had 28 million candelas, but the light was too strong, and the power was lowered to 1.2 million candelas. Even with this change, light beaming out of this lighthouse can be seen over 26 nautical miles away!

Though it’s never happened before, the most amount of money a player can win in a single game is $566,400.
