Scrambling letters is just one form of cryptography, the history of which dates back to 1900 BCE. The first evidence of its use was found in the tomb of an ancient Egyptian nobleman. Julius Caesar also used cryptography to send secret messages to his army.

The world’s first-ever female engineer, Eliya Zamfirescu, graduated from the Royal Academy of Technology Berlin in 1912. She worked at the Geological Institute of Romania for several years before managing a hospital for soldiers. When she retired, she continued her streak of selflessness, becoming an activist for disarmament.

Egg coffee is made by beating egg yolks with sugar and coffee, then extracting the coffee into the half of the cup, followed by a similar amount of "egg cream"⁠ ⁠— egg yolks which are heated and beaten, or whisked. Yummy!
