‘Jeopardy!’ has a sibling. That’s right, game shows can have siblings, and it turns out that ‘Wheel of Fortune’ is ‘Jeopardy’s’ sister game show. What does this mean? If you competed on ‘Wheel of Fortune’ you aren’t eligible to compete on ‘Jeopardy!’ and vice versa!

The popular board game Operation was initially developed as a college project. An industrial design student at the University of Illinois was tasked with designing a game or toy. The game was a hit with his fellow classmates and the idea was soon bought by Marvin Glass and Associates for 500 dollars (approximately 4000 dollars today)!

It takes 540 peanuts to make a 12-ounce jar of peanut butter. By law, if something is labelled ‘peanut butter’, it should contain at least 90% peanuts. Americans love peanuts so much, that even astronaut Alan Shepard brought a peanut with him to the moon!
