Animal Eyes

Sweden has two Halloween celebrations which are held to honor Catholic saints. They are big fans of the pumpkin and will carve very frightening faces on them to scare spirits away. The celebrations are called ‘Alla Helgons dag’ and ‘Allhelgonadagen’.

Not all stars are gigantic. Neutron stars have a radius of about 10 km (6 mi), but they might have a mass that is a few times the size of our Sun. These dense stars, born from core-collapsing supernova star explosions, also rotate at incredible speeds – an estimated 600-712 rotations per second!

Cacao was often used for ceremonial occasions like weddings. It was brewed in both Mexican and Aztec culture, but the result was not at all similar to today’s hot chocolate as it was a far more bitter affair.
