Onomatopoeic words can result in some interesting translations. Popular breakfast cereal Rice Krispies slogan ‘snap, crackle and pop’ in German became ‘Knisper! Knasper! Knusper!’ In France meanwhile its ‘Cric! Crac! Croc!’ and the Spanish say ‘Cris! Cras! Cros!’. Which one is your favorite?

The first season of ‘American Idol’ had two hosts. Ryan Seacrest hosted alongside Brian Dunkleman, who quit the show after the first season and appeared later on ‘Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp’ years later in 2008. Dunkleman is a regular stand-up comic and is host of ‘Family Feud Live’ in Las Vegas.
