Burger King's famous and well-loved "Whopper" joined the menu in 1957 and quickly became its defining item. However, it's not called "Burger King" everywhere! In fact, in Adelaide, South Australia, it's called Hungry Jack, and only because there was a trademark dispute with a company with a similar name.

The smallest sample that can be clearly observed under a light microscope is a 500 nanometer long object. It is possible to observe smaller objects than this, but their features might be distorted. Anything smaller than 500 nanometers loses detail because of the wave nature of light.
