The board game Sorry! is a westernized version of the Indian game Pachisi, which goes back to at least the 16th century! The goal of the game is to impede the progress of your opponents. The earliest version of the modern game was trademarked in 1929.

The largest French-speaking city in the world is Paris. Not surprising. However, the second largest French-speaking city might surprise you. It's Kinshasa, the capital city of Congo, and it has a population of over 12 million people!

There are approximately 6,900 distinct languages in existence today, though there may be languages spoken in remote areas that we have yet to discover. No matter how many new languages we find, though, this number will be much lower in 100 years.
