Britney Spears started out as a dancer and a gymnast, performing in local talent competitions from a very early age. She used to travel hours to take dance lessons and even studied at the Off-Broadway Dance Center. All this work must have certainly helped her when her singing career took off and she began touring the world!

It is believed that a language, or a dialect, goes extinct every two weeks. There are more than 230 completely extinct languages and 2,400 of the world’s languages are considered to be in danger of going extinct. Chinese is the most spoken language in the world and has over 50,000 characters!

Solid chocolate was first called “edible chocolate” and was invented in 1847. This all happened in the Fry and Sons shop, where it was cooked up by a pair of British confectioners by combining cocoa butter, sugar and chocolate liquid.
