Turkeys have great eyes. Their vision is sharp, and their peripheral vision is downright enviable. Humans can see about 180 degrees, but turkeys, with eyes planted on the side of their heads, can see 270 degrees. Wait, there’s more – turkeys also have superior color vision. They can even see ultraviolet light! Wowsers!
