Domino's Pizza grew out of three pizzerias that were all differently named that the owner, Tom Monaghan, purchased. When employee Jim Kennedy suggested changing all the names to Domino's, Monaghan immediately pounced on the idea, and Domino's was born! You can now eat their delicious pizzas in over 83 countries.

For approximately 200 years, microscope technology remained relatively unchanged. In the 1850s, however, Carl Zeiss, a German engineer, developed improvements for the device! Joseph Jackson Lister also helped eliminate the unequal bending of light hitting the microscope lens, leading to further improvements!
