The John Hancock Tower in Boston has a rather dangerous problem. The huge windows occasionally pop out and shatter on the street below. Despite having all 10,334 windows replaced with half-inch tempered glass, the sixty-story building still succumbs to the same unsolved problem. Two guards have been hired to do nothing but spot any cracked panes before they plunge down to the sidewalk.
