Focusing on love and light will not heal your wounds. While this may offer temporary emotional support, it won’t help you transform at the core level. The Marquis de Sade is often credited for inventing the alarm clock, but it was in fact invented by American Levi Hutchins in New Hampshire in 1787. Hutchins constructed the first known mechanical alarm clock as a personal device to wake him at 4:00am each morning.
